Return Policy
returns:
Sale and clearance items are nonrefundable. All other products (if applicable) are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us before returning any products that way we can determine the way forward.
print-on-demand returns:
The above items are produced and shipped via print-on-demand fulfillment company Printful. All orders go through a 3-step quality check before shipment. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through their quality control, or was damaged during shipment, they take full responsibility and provide a free replacement (unless the print came out poorly because of a low-quality print file). Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us before returning any items. Our team will look into the order and assist you with the next steps.
*Face masks are not refundable.
Order failed to deliver:
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed, it’ll be returned to the default return address. For Printful orders, this means that they’ll be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, we will be contacted by Printful that your order arrived back at their facility. They will then hold on to the order for 28 days at no cost. During this time, we will contact you.
refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not accept returns for sale and clearance items.
exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges.
